Michael Owen’s hasn’t quite made the same impact in the media world as he did on the football field when the striker first broke into the Liveprool team as a teenager.
That now unmistakable drone of Owen’s hasn’t been too successful at bringing to life the beautiful game so it’s surprising that Alexanders Prestige would choose the former footballer to front their latest ad.
The end result is ludicrous; Owen issues cliche after cliche over some overly poignant piano, with the marketing team seemingly spending all their production budget on Owen’s appearance fee.
Or perhaps this is the work of a genius who expected the negative attention that the video has so far attracted.
Either way, this is very, very special:
