Liverpool fans have reacted to an amazing clearance from James Milner during the club’s 2-1 win over AFC Bournemouth in the Premier League.

The Reds fell behind to Eddie Howe’s men at Anfield, as Callum Wilson scored the opening goal of the game.

Call yourself a Liverpool expert? How much did each of these big-money January signings cost?

Mohamed Salah equalised, though, and Sadio Mane scored his side’s second goal before half-time.

Ryan Fraser thought he had levelled proceedings, as he sprung the offside trap and attempted to lob Adrian, who had rushed out to meet him.

Fraser’s effort looked to be heading into the back of the net, but Milner managed to get back and produce an incredible hooked clearance before it crossed the line.

And supporters were left in awe of the 34-year-old.

However, a number of other supporters were disappointed with the way that Adrian rushed out, insisting that he had given Milner a decision to make.

He is currently deputising for Alisson Becker, who is out injured at the moment.

The win righted the ship for Jurgen Klopp’s men as they bounced back from last week’s shock league defeat to Watford, and their midweek FA Cup loss to Chelsea.

Meanwhile, Liverpool should question their pursuit of Timo Werner!
