Liverpool youngster Harry Wilson has blossomed into a top winger while out on loan at Derby County this season, and after he scored yet another free-kick against Stoke on Wednesday evening many Reds fans were calling for him to be recalled in January.

However, here at Football FanCast we believe that cutting Wilson's loan deal short for him to then just warm the bench behind Sadio Mane at Anfield would be damaging to his development, and Jurgen Klopp must allow him to complete the season in the Championship.

So far at Derby, the 21-year-old has scored six goals and provided two assists, while becoming a key member of Frank Lampard's starting XI.

Getting regular game time in such a competitive league will allow the 5ft 8in Wilson to develop his game and grow as a player so that when he returns to Liverpool in the summer, he should then be ready to start challenging for a first-team place.

So, Liverpool fans, would you recall the Welsh international in January or should he be left with Derby for the duration of the season? Have your say by voting in the poll below.
