Striker Fabio Borini is back in full training and is in line to return to action for Liverpool before the end of the season.
The Italian forward, who has struggled with several injuries since joining the club for around £10million last summer, is set to join his team-mates at Melwood for the first time in two months.
Borini, who has made just 16 appearances for the Reds, dislocated his shoulder against Swansea in February and was forced to undergo an operation but is now close to a return.
The 22-year-old confirmed on Twitter that he was due to return to training on Tuesday and his return to action is a boost for boss Brendan Rodgers in the games that remain, with fellow striker Luis Suarez expected to be handed a lengthy ban by the FA following his bite on Branislav Ivanovic against Chelsea on Sunday.
