Kylian Mbappe is a world superstar.

The 21-year-old - already a World Cup winner in France - has 19 goals in 21 games so far this term for PSG in all competitions. All in all, he has 79 strikes in 108 appearances for the team from the French capital, and that comes after 27 goals in 60 matches for AS Monaco.

The big fat Liverpool quiz of 2019 - how much do you remember about the last year at Anfield?

He has been linked with Liverpool in the past, and it seems that current Reds midfielder Fabinho would like to see him at Anfield. The two played together at Monaco, of course, and the 26-year-old said about his former teammate (Telefoot via The Sun): "Mbappe will have a Ballon d'Or before Neymar.

"I would like to welcome him to Liverpool."

This has got many of the club's supporters talking on social media platform Twitter, and it seems that this is just wishful thinking from the Brazil international in their opinion.

It would take a monumental fee for him to move to Anfield - the Ligue One club are said to have set a price-tag of €300m (£257.3m) on him - but considering that the Reds are the European champions and Premier League leaders, it is not beyond the realms of possibility.

However, a larger proportion of supporters seem to be against the transfer, rather than just believing it won't happen.

Mohamed Salah, Sadio Mane and Roberto Firmino have 38 goals between them in all competitions, whilst Liverpool are having the best season of any team in the history of Europe's top five leagues - no side has every amassed as many as Liverpool's 61 points after 21 games. They aren't exactly crying out for reinforcements, no matter how good they are

It remains to be seen whether Mbappe pulls on the liver bird in the future.

In other news, this 22-year-old is as good as Sadio Mane at his peak.
