Match of the Day and BT Sport presenter Gary Lineker praised reported Liverpool transfer target Bukayo Saka on Twitter following his assist for Arsenal’s first goal in their 3-2 win against Everton at the Emirates Stadium on Sunday.
Wonderful cross from the very exciting young talent that is Bukayo Saka. Expertly finished too by Eddie Nketiah.

The former England international was clearly keeping a close eye on Sunday’s Premier League matches at home, and was impressed with how the 18-year-old set up Eddie Nketiah for the first-half equaliser for the hosts.
The teenager swung in what Lineker described as a “wonderful cross” for the young striker to sweep the ball home past Jordan Pickford, cancelling out Dominic Calvert-Lewin’s opener.
The former Tottenham Hotspur and Barcelona man then went on to label Saka as an “exciting young talent”.
No wonder Liverpool are keen then, according to The Athletic’s David Ornstein earlier this month.
He said that the Merseyside outfit, along with Manchester United and Bayern Munich, have a serious interest in the £3,000-a-week starlet who has less than 18 months left on his contract with the north London side.
The left-sided player has recorded an impressive nine assists in 27 appearances in all competitions for the Gunners this term, and the fact he can play anywhere on the left flank would suggest he could potentially provide some competition for both Andrew Robertson and Sadio Mane should he ever end up linking up with Jurgen Klopp’s men.
