Liverpool attacker could make January exit (not Coutinho)

Turkish giants Fenerbahce are considering a loan move for Liverpool striker Divock Origi, according to reports from Fanatik.

The Belgium international officially joined the Reds from Lille in the summer of 2014, but part of that deal stipulated that he would remain in northern France for the 2014/15 campaign.

He has featured for Liverpool this term since moving across to Merseyside in European action, but with Daniel Sturridge having returned from injury, competition for a role in Brendan Rodgers’ attack is fierce.

As a result, reports claim that Fener are considering a move, with the Istanbul giants short of firepower following the exits of Moussa Sow and Dirk Kuyt.

Should Origi sign for the Yellow Canaries he would join fellow Liverpool man Lazar Markovic, who is on loan at the club.

The 20-year-old is able to play on either flank or as a central striker and is likely to feature heavily for Rodgers in continental and cup competition this term.
