The Czech Republic stopper had been the Blues’ No. 1 for the best part of 10 years until last summer, when Thibaut Courtois returned from an extended loan spell with Atletico Madrid.
Since then, the impressive Belgian has been Jose Mourinho’s stopper of choice, and his excellent adaptation to English football has limited Cech’s playing time.
The 32-year-old’s minutes have been severely rationed, with cup and Champions League games having been his major source of time on the pitch.

As well as Liverpool, Roma and Napoli are also interested.
