Liverpool and Borussia Dortmund are reportedly set for a summer scrap for the signature of FC Twente winger Nacer Chadli, according to Sky.
The 23-year-old has impressed during his time in the Dutch top flight and reports claim that his three-year stint at De Grolsch Veste will come to an end this summer.
The Belgian international winger has been eyed by a number of top European clubs but it is the Reds and BVB that have apparently shown most interest.
Anfield boss Brendan Rodgers is looking to strengthen his squad over the summer to try and bridge the gap to the top four in the Premier League, but the Bundesliga’s dominance in Europe at present, and the fact the Dortmund will play in the Champions League again next term, might sway the winger towards the Westfalenstadion.
