Loads of Liverpool fans have been giving their verdict on the 2-1 win at Leicester, and they’re not at all bothered by Alisson Becker’s horror show.
It’s now been a decade since the Reds had a reliable goalkeeper, and Alisson gave Liverpool fans a right scare in Saturday’s win at Leicester.
The Brazilian stopper wowed fans at Anfield with a cheeky bit of skill last week, but his attempts to do the same thing at the King Power Stadium backfired, when Kelechi Iheanacho robbed him of possession and set up Rachid Ghezzal.
Fans don’t seem too concerned though, perhaps down to the Reds hanging on for three points, or possibly just down to how well their new number one has played thus far.

The 25 year-old has conceded just one goal in four Premier League matches, and he made a smart save to deny Demarai Gray in the first half on Saturday.
Fans will of course be holding their collective breath next time he tries to dribble past a player, but the overwhelming feeling is one of optimism, rather than the total meltdown that may have been the case had Simon Mignolet or Loris Karius made the same error.

Alisson makes an error. 2 minutes later he still controls a ball amidst Leicester players around him and passes it successfully between two of them to our player. He's a confident figure and won't be fazed by his mistake; neither should we.

Not worried in the slightest about Alisson, world class keeper you just have to watch our games so far to see the affect he’s had

This. With his confidence, mistakes will happen, and the rest of the team bailed him out today. He will bail the rest out, just as much in future games. https://t.co/xmipT1J5sc

Ederson done similar at Anfield last season. It’ll happen to sweeper keepers. Chill.

That’s Alisson’s FIRST error leading to a goal in over 50 games. Relax. #LFC

Gambling on the player launching himself to block the clearance but that was never on tbh. Cost us a goal but not the points, maybe a blessing in disguise, he can focus on learning his lesson without all the backlash. #YNWA #LiveNLearn

Talking to my neighbour about this and said he could be like Grobellaar. 1 in every 20 or so will cost a goal but the team still wins.
If he gets Brucies trophies we’ll be happy. 👍

Totally agree. Also that goal came from *relentless* Leicester pressing on our midfield and defence. Van Dijk was forced into giving Alisson a bad pass which put him in a position where he was chasing the ball. He hasn’t even controlled it before he was tackled.
