Liverpool's unbeaten run in the Premier League has stretched to 10 games.

On Saturday afternoon, Jurgen Klopp's side overcame Cardiff City 4-1 at Anfield.

Once again, the Merseyside outfit took a patient approach, but they dominated the ball and put together some attacking moves that were easy on the eye.

Mohamed Salah notched his fourth goal in three games in all competitions, while Sadio Mane scored twice and Xherdan Shaqiri nabbed his first strike for Liverpool.

The only blip was when the hosts conceded their first goal at Anfield since February.

Nevertheless, Klopp's men moved to the top of the league table and they will stay there unless Manchester City defeat Tottenham Hotspur on Monday night.

The rivalry between Liverpool and Spurs has become more fierce in recent seasons due to the pair jostling for a top-four place.

Now, the Reds are focusing on the title race and some fans are keen for Mauricio Pochettino's side to get a win or draw against City in order to keep the Merseyside outfit at the top of the standings.
