Loads of Liverpool fans have been running the rule over the win at Leicester, and they’re really not happy with the performance of Jordan Henderson.

Liverpool fans were somewhat stunned by the team news that Naby Keita had been dropped on Saturday, as Henderson slotted in at the base of the midfield.

The switch meant a change to the structure of that midfield trio, as Georginio Wijnaldum moved further forward and Henderson took the “number six” role.

The England World Cup star is still the club captain and has improved drastically over the last 18 months, but plenty of fans still feel he is too negative in possession.

It was Henderson’s risky passes that played Joe Gomez and Virgil van Dijk into trouble shortly before the Leicester goal, and the 28 year-old just simply didn’t have a good afternoon.

Both he and Wijnaldum were far less influential than the evergreen James Milner, and fans are bashing the skipper’s first start of the season.
