Liverpool are through to the quarter-finals of the UEFA Champions League after a comfortable night at Anfield in the second leg of their tie against Porto.

Already 5-0 up from the first leg, the Reds didn't have to do much against the Portuguese outfit to progress, simply tasked with avoiding defensive collapse, which they achieved with a 0-0 stalemate.

Jurgen Klopp rested a number of first-team stars for the encounter, giving opportunities to players who haven't had the most playing time recently.

One of those was Adam Lallana, a player who fans have been calling on to get game time in recent matches.

The attacking midfielder has missed large parts of the season due to hamstring problems and given the good form Liverpool's attacking talent are in, he's found it tough to work his way back into Jurgen Klopp's plans.

Sadly for the England international, supporters weren't impressed with his first start since January against Porto, believing his performance was far below the standard required to challenge the likes of Sadio Mane or Mohamed Salah for a first team spot.

Still getting back to full fitness though, the match was a good chance to get up to speed again and it'll be interesting to see if he can show improvement in the final stages of the season.

Fans took to Twitter to share their thoughts on his performance...
