Liverpool have developed some world-class footballers over the years, and they currently have a group of youngsters who have the potential to make names for themselves.

A handful are currently on loan at lower-league clubs, but there is one who has only recently begun perfecting his craft at the club's academy.

Ki-Jana Hoever moved to Merseyside from Ajax in the summer, and he recently impressed Under-23s manager Neil Critchley in a Merseyside derby against Everton.

The right-back is only 16 years of age, but he was handed his full Premier League 2 debut, in which he shone.

Klopp is known for giving youngsters a chance, and he currently has an academy graduate as a regular in his first team.

Trent Alexander-Arnold came of age last season and he is now the first-choice right-back for the manager.

Joe Gomez, who joined from Charlton Athletic in 2015, has also established himself as a first-team regular, as well as a fully fledged England international.

On Reddit, some Liverpool fans posted their thoughts on the potential of Hoever, who has been receiving rave reviews from the academy of late.
