Loads of Liverpool fans have been giving their verdict on the referee appointment for the trip to Watford, as Jon Moss will take charge of Saturday’s clash.
Liverpool travel to Vicarage Road on Saturday, knowing three points will keep them at least in second place.
Manchester City have a tough trip to West Ham on the cards, so there could even be a change at the top if things go the Reds’ way.

Fans aren’t feeling too confident though, as Moss will take charge of a Liverpool match for the first time since that infamous 2-2 draw against Tottenham at Anfield.
The visitors were awarded two spot kicks in the dying minutes of the match, and both decisions were subject to controversy.
Moss was also in charge when Sadio Mane was sent off at the Etihad for a high boot on Ederson, although there aren’t too many complaints about that decision.
Either way, fans think their undefeated run could be in trouble after the appointment, and you can find some of the best Twitter reactions down below…
This guy hates Liverpool. He gave Mane the red card last season and we lost 5-0. No other referee gave a red card afterwards for similar or worse challenges. Its gonna be a bumpy ride against Watford. We should just hold tight.

He also officiated the Spurs game where he gave a penalty based on assumption!

it had to happen sadly, this joker refereeing one of our games sooner than later.
let’s be thankful he wasn’t in charge for the games against Spurs, Arsenal, Chelsea or City!

Awful ref. Not fit enough to keep up with play and his decision making is inconsistent. VAR can’t come soon enough for him.
