Loads of Liverpool fans have been giving their verdict on the draw at Chelsea, and they’re absolutely delighted with the performance of Alisson Becker.
It’s been a decade since Liverpool had a reliable goalkeeper, but Jürgen Klopp’s big money move for Alisson looks to have finally solved that problem.
The Reds have suffered through years of Simon Mignolet mistakes only for Loris Karius to completely collapse after a promising run of form, but the summer capture of Alisson is making fans forget all about their goalkeeping trauma.
The Brazilian has conceded just three goals in seven Premier League matches, and he had to be at his very best to keep the Reds in the game at Stamford Bridge.
Daniel Sturridge’s late wondergoal will grab all the headlines, but Alisson rushed out to stop two one-on-ones earlier in the match.
The 25 year-old also had to be quick on his feet to rescue a hopstial pass from Georginio Wijnaldum, and fans are praising the Brazilian stopper as the man of the match.

Alisson today showed why he's a top five goalkeeper in the world. Three goal-denying saves, not much more needs to be said. MOTM performance.

Let’s take a moment to appreciate Alisson Becker. Without him we could have been down and out before the 70th minute. The Brazilian made several top saves including a superb one-on-one against Eden Hazard and on another occasion saved Wijnaldum’s blushes.
