Loads of Liverpool fans have been reacting to a hilarious tweet from Derby County, as the Rams’ Liverpool loanee Harry Wilson sent Manchester United crashing out of the Carabao Cup.

Frank Lampard’s Derby side outclassed and outfought Jose Mourinho’s United on Tuesday, and unsurprisingly Liverpool fans are loving it.

Lampard brought Chelsea’s Mason Mount and Liverpool’s Wilson in on loan this summer, and both players have had a huge impact at Pride Park already.

Wilson scored his first Championship goal of the season last weekend, and followed it up with an absolute screamer of a free-kick at Old Trafford.

The Liverpool youngster, who grabbed seven goals and four assists on loan with Hull last season, celebrated by holding his hand up to the home fans, presumably to remind them of the Reds’ five European cups.

The youngster will have plenty of competition when he returns to Anfield at the end of the season, but he’ll certainly give the Reds’ electric front three a run for their money if he keeps improving at this rate.

Fans are loving Derby’s cheeky tweet after the win, and you can find some of the best Twitter reactions down below…
