Barcelona striker Luis Suarez sent Liverpool fans into meltdown on Monday as he responded to a tweet about his four-goal haul against Norwich at Anfield in 2013.

Reds fans were urging the 31-year-old Uruguayan to come back to Merseyside after he said that the game was one of the best moments of his career.

Suarez was one of the greatest players that Liverpool fans in the modern era have seen play for the club and he ended up netting an incredible 82 goals in 133 appearances for the Reds, as well as providing 47 assists.

His hard-working attitude and immense talent endeared him to Liverpool fans during his three and a half year stint at the club, but he eventually moved to the Catalan giants in a £75m deal.

Suarez has since gone on to score 161 goals in 216 games for Barcelona and has won three La Liga titles, four Copa del Rey's and a Champions League title in 2015, but Liverpool fans clearly haven't given up hope of him returning one day.

Could his tweet be a hint that he has unfinished business in the Premier League? The Twitter reactions down below sure hope so...
