Loads of Liverpool fans have been reacting to the latest news, as Jurgen Klopp has been charged by the FA for his comments after the draw at West Ham.
Klopp has gathered somewhat of a reputation as a bit of a sore loser in recent weeks, but Liverpool fans are in full defence of their boss.
The German has been charged for questioning the integrity of referee Kevin Friend in the 1-1 draw at West Ham, per Paul Joyce of The Times.
Jurgen Klopp charged by the FA for questioning the integrity of referee Kevin Friend after the 1-1 draw with West Ham. Klopp has until Feb18 to respond and an independent commission will then hear the case within a further 10-days. If found guilty likely sanction would be a fine

Klopp has until February 18 to respond, and if found guilty he will likely have to pay a fine, per Joyce.
The Reds’ boss was angered by decisions made by Friend in the second half of the Monday night clash, as he felt the man in the middle had been influenced by the poor offside decision that led to Liverpool’s opening goal.
Leaked footage does appear to show West Ham captain Mark Noble telling the referee all about his mistake at half time, so one could perhaps forgive Klopp for feeling Friend came out with a point to prove after the interval.

That ref should never be allowed near a PL match. His calls, be it in Liverpool's interest or against it, were so bad. And he repeated errors so many times. One or two you can understand.

The FA should fine their referees starting with Dean, Atkinson, etc.

Defence should be “look at the video, one mistake after another- constantly refing in the context of the big mistake”

The FA is a joke… & should start appointing competent officials … & a timekeeper who will have a siren or hooter like Rugby Union. Newcastle fighting relegation was robbed due gross incompetence. The @FA expects managers to roll over & accept their blindness. Fair play please

He should have questioned the domicile / family loyalties of Manchestersanthonytaylor and the eyesight of Martin Atkinson while he was at it. Refs are bloody useless at the minute. VAR can’t come in soon enough!

What a joke

Here’s a mad idea. What about referees coming out and explaining decisions or apologising for major errors. Might create less questioning then from players and managers. Clattenburg has plenty to say for himself since he left!

Kevin Friend is about the worst ref in the EPL and should get another bounce down to the lower leagues like he did a few years ago. LFC is nowhere near the only team to have issues with this incompetent excuse for a referee.
