Loads of Liverpool fans have been giving their verdict on a possible transfer setback, as reports claim the Reds will not make any major moves this January.
According to James Pearce of the Liverpool Echo, Liverpool have “no intention” of moving Ousmane Dembele in January.
The French wonderkid has been constantly linked with the Reds since Jurgen Klopp joked about signing him earlier this year.
Dembele has been not seen nearly enough playing time at Barcelona for a young player of his calibre, but the report says Klopp will not look to add to his squad in January.
Klopp is reportedly happy with his current squad, a squad he added four new signings to this summer.
Reds’ fans aren’t very happy with the report though, and they are absolutely certain they need a new creative influence in midfield.
Klopp elected not to seek a direct replacement for Philippe Coutinho after the deal for Nabil Fekir fell through, and the front three have been starved of service at times.

he’s a talented player, but not one we require, I genuinely think a new striker would be good without being a direct threat to Firmino, I want Immobile but Klopp already tried him at Dortmund and it never worked out unfortunately…

Listen Jimbo, when it comes to transfers we all know Kloppo likes to play games and dismisses most links before the window open. How many times did we read “Alisson is not a target for LFC” etc etc.
Not saying dembele is coming but no one knows what klopp is thinking

We don’t need Dembele. Nabil Fakir or Leon Baily are better. Having said that, we only need to fortify the team to win the Premier league this year with 1 consummate, out and out striker in Jan transfer window. For that, Diego Costa (Atl Madrid) or Callum Wilson (Bournemouth).

No doubt we will be involved but he will walk in every other team bar City so we likely will miss out
