Loads of Liverpool fans have been reacting to an article on the future of Lazar Markovic, as the £20m signing is entering the final stretch of his Liverpool career.
According to The Liverpool Echo, Liverpool are once again keen to offload Markovic this month, as they have been in each of the last few transfer windows.
The speedy winger, who signed for Brendan Rodgers back in 2014, has featured just 19 times for Liverpool in the Premier League, and has endured four unsuccessful loan spells during his spell at Anfield.
Are the media letting Jurgen Klopp off lightly for his lack of silverware? The Pl>ymaker FC squad have their say in the video below…
He is now in the last six months of his contract, meaning clubs will be able to snap him up for free in the summer.
This is making the 24 year-old incredibly hard for the club to shift, as no one is going to pay for a player on an expiring contract who has not played a first team game since 2015.
Markovic was highly regarded as one of the best young prospects in Europe when he signed for the Reds, but the Twitter reactions down below reveal exactly what fans think about him…
Possibly the biggest flop I’ve seen at Anfield.

Clubs are completely at the mercy of who? Agents? Managers? Sporting Dir.? How can we fork out 50k week for a player of his limited ability for PL? Grant was a sales genius. Just wrong sort of contracts. Hate this side of football.
