One of the Premier League's most dangerous full-backs, Trent Alexander-Arnold has enjoyed a meteoric rise since making his debut for Liverpool.Last season, the 21-year-old bagged an incredible 16 assists in 40 games across all competitions, and played a key role in the Reds' Champions League triumph.Despite his tender age, the right-back has become a permanent fixture in the England set-up, and has picked up seven senior caps. After being named in the latest squad by Gareth Southgate, Alexander-Arnold would no doubt have been hoping to play against the Czech Republic on Friday night. However, the Three Lions boss opted for Atletico Madrid defender Kieran Trippier instead, and the side slipped to a shock 2-1 defeat. The former Spurs man hardly covered himself in glory, losing possession 11 times over the course of the game and earning himself a measly 6.4 match rating as per SofaScore.Watch Liverpool Live Streams With StreamFootball.tv Below

Many supporters of the Anfield side expressed their shock and dismay, and insisted they couldn't believe Southgate appeared to favour Trippier.
