Liverpool fans have taken a dig at 18-year-old Bobby Duncan amid claims that he wants to leave the club.
The Daily Mail suggests that he is frustrated by his lack of opportunities within the senior team and could move on as a result.
The same report claims Fiorentina are interested in taking him on loan.
Duncan appeared in pre-season for the Reds but hasn’t featured in competitive action yet.
The fact he reportedly wants to move on, however, hasn’t been taken too kindly by some supporters. One called him a narcissist whilst another said his head was too big for his own good.
It didn’t appear as though too many supporters were reluctant to see him depart. One simply told the teenager to get out of the club as a further fan said to let him go.
Duncan has an impressive record at youth level for the Reds, scoring 23 goals in 26 matches for Liverpool’s U18 side.
Unfortunately for him though he is quite far down the pecking order. As well as trying to get ahead of Roberto Firmino and Mo Salah, he also needs to beat Divock Origi and Rhian Brewster to a place.
Here’s the best of the reaction.
how can he be frustrated, he’s so young and not yet proven and good enough to start for the european champions, if he can’t get this in his head then goodbye ??

Let him go. If he isn’t prepared to keep his head down, work hard and bide his time then that’s up to him.

Boy’s head is too big for his own good. Doesnt mean he’s connected to the great Stevie G means he’s automatic to b in d first team. Even Wilson with all his spectacular goals cant get into it. Not Klopp’s kinda mentality monster i guess
