Lots of Liverpool fans have taken to Twitter to reveal their disappointment at a report from the Liverpool Echo, which implies that Jurgen Klopp is happy with his squad and that no more arrivals are likely to come in unless there are situational changes.

Klopp sees the likes of Dejan Lovren as invaluable back-up and doesn't feel that a competent replacement could be signed for the £25m that they value the Croatian at.

The European Champions are also under the impression that Joe Gomez and James Milner are suitable options to cover for Andy Robertson at left-back, and believe that finding a backup of similar quality who will be happy to sit on the bench will be difficult.

The Reds have completed just one signing this summer - 17-year-old Sepp van den Berg. They are also expected to sign 16-year-old Fulham starlet Harvey Elliott.

However, a lot of Liverpool fans on Twitter aren't happy with this news, and some don't think it will be enough to compete with Manchester City.
