When Fabinho signed for Liverpool in the summer transfer window it came as quite a surprise.
The Merseyside outfit had not been linked to the Brazilian in the media prior to the official announcement.
Many fans were excited by the prospect of adding Fabinho to the midfield, but his opportunities on the pitch have been limited thus far.
Manager Jurgen Klopp has taken a patient approach where the 25-year-old is concerned as he has featured in just four games in all competitions this season.
Fabinho’s first Premier League outing was on Saturday – nine games into the campaign – as he made a 21-minute cameo.
The midfielder replaced Adam Lallana in the second half and impressed plenty of Liverpool fans that were watching on.
Groups of supporters are hopeful that Fabinho will be in the first XI on Wednesday when they team take on Red Star Belgrade in their Champions League Group C encounter.
Fabinho needs to start alongside Wij and Shaqiri tomorrow… rest of the 11 starts itself imo

I’d like Fabinho to start tomorrow needs the matches now to get up to speed and if it goes well I’d start him vs Cardiff as well?

Hope to see a Fabinho start tomorrow, looked really good on the ball vs Huddersfield when he came on.

Hopefully Klopp does start Fabinho tomorrow. Milner’s looked knackered for quite some time, and Fabinho’s looked class whenever he’s been involved. Now would be a great time to ease him in.

Hope Fabinho starts against Red star tomorrow. Had a decent 20 mins vs Huddersfield on his PL debut and with Henderson possibly out injured, we should use this opportunity to let Fabinho start in a strong lineup.

He should play this one, give hendo a rest, we’ll probably dominate possession, easier game for the midfield
