Liverpool interested in another Serbian star following Grujic move

Liverpool are among a host of top clubs chasing Serbian starlet Andrija Zivkovic, according to reports from L’Equipe.

The 19-year-old Partizan Belgrade winger is already a senior international for the Eastern European country and is considered to be one of the top talents in the Super Liga.

Liverpool recently swooped to snap up Marko Grujic from Partizan’s big rivals, Red Star Belgrade, and now reports claim that they’re looking at Zivkovic.

The teenager is also on the radars of Manchester City, Dortmund and Paris Saint-Germain, which may be an issue for the Merseysiders given that the aforementioned trio are all likely to be in the Champions League in 2016/17.

However, the presence of Grujic, and fellow Serbian Lazar Markovic, at Anfield could sway the impressive starlet.

Interestingly, Zivkovic is set to be a free agent at the end of the season, so he is free to sign a pre-contract agreement with an interested club ahead of a move, albeit Liverpool may look to push a £3.8m deal before the close of the current window.
