The 26-year-old was in fine form for FC Koln last season, bagging four assists in 32 Bundesliga appearances whilst averaging 1.8 created chances per match, and continued to impress at Euro 2016.
Indeed, Hector started all six of Germany’s fixtures at the tournament until their elimination in the semi-finals at the hands of hosts France.
And it appears the 20-cap international will be on the move this summer with Sport claiming Koln are already looking to cash in for around £15million.
Barcelona are keen on snapping up Hector due to his versatility, having also operated as a winger and a central midfielder in the past.
But the full-back’s agent has warned the La Liga champions that he’s already received offers from two Premier League clubs, namely Liverpool and Tottenham Hotspur.
Spurs’ interest comes as some surprise considering Danny Rose’s impressive form last season, but Liverpool have been linked with Hector for some time.
