It remains to be seen who Jurgen Klopp brings to Anfield this summer as he prepares his squad for the upcoming campaign. However, for now, most of the news surrounding the Champions League winners is in regards to departures.

Today’s Reds transfer roundup includes the confirmed exit of a 19-year-old, a late failed bid for the club’s new signing and talks with a Championship side over a midfielder.

Camacho moves to Sporting

It was confirmed late on Thursday night that Rafael Camacho has completed a move to Sporting Lisbon. The 19-year-old will return to his homeland after making just two first-team appearances during his time at Liverpool.

Bayern tried to stop Van den Berg deal

Sepp van den Berg is now confirmed as a Liverpool player, but it could have been different according to The Times journalist Paul Joyce. He has reported that Bayern Munich made a late effort to hijack the move, and were still trying to convince him to go to Bavaria during the player’s medical on Merseyside.

Reading and Liverpool in Ejaria talks

Football Insider is reporting that Reading are in talks with Liverpool in an effort to bring Ovie Ejaria to the Madjeski Stadium. Ejaria spent the second half of last season with the Championship side, and this new deal is expected to be another of the loan variety.
