Moreno turned down new contract

Alberto Moreno was offered a bumper contract to stay on Merseyside during this transfer window, once again according to the Liverpool Echo. However, Moreno turned down the deal after becoming Andy Robertson's back-up, and the Spaniard now wants to pursue a fresh challenge.

Palace and Brighton want Mignolet

According to the London Evening Standard, Crystal Palace are interested in Liverpool goalkeeper Simon Mignolet. The 31-year-old is reported to be available for £8m. Brighton are also looking at the former Sunderland man.
