Liverpool winger Oussama AssaidiLiverpool winger Oussama Assaidi has revealed his desire to continue improving and becoming an Anfield regular.

The 24 -year-old Moroccan joined Liverpool from Dutch side Heerenveen in August and has impressed since making his debut in September.

And the young starlet believes he fits in well to manager Brendan Rodgers’ system and is learning fast about life in the Premier League.

He told Liverpool’s official website: “Every day I am learning about how to be better. I want to be better. I go to the gym to make myself stronger.

“The manager’s training is very good. He works a lot with the ball and on positioning. I like the way he thinks about football. He wants to play football with a 4-3-3 formation and use wingers, which is good for me.

“He gives us great training sessions and I learn a lot from his training. I think he is a good coach for Liverpool.”

Assaidi also revealed that the Liverpool coaching staff and his fellow team mates have helped him settle in to life in England.

“I am settling in. It is very difficult to be in a new country without family,” he added.

“But when I arrived everyone took me into the team. I speak to Nuri Sahin a lot and Luis Suarez. But I also speak with all the players.

“It’s nice to play with the likes of Gerrard and Saurez. You can see on the training ground that they have quality, but every player here has quality. If you don’t have quality then you don’t play for Liverpool.”
