Liverpool’s Ejaria nets a cracker for England’s U-20s

It’s always exciting to see the next potential big thing come through the ranks and it looks as though Ovie Ejaria could be the latest to fit that bill.

Liverpool have had a knack of helping out prodigious young talents in recent years with the likes of Michael Owen through to Raheem Sterling working their way through the club on the way to the senior England team, and now it looks as though Ejaria could be the latest to follow in those footsteps.

The midfielder actually started at Arsenal but moved to Merseyside in 2014 and has since seen his international career progress as an U-20 for the Three Lions.

He clearly knows where the goal is, too, if the video uploaded by England’s official Twitter account is anything to go by:

This was the first goal of a 2-0 victory for the U-20s over the United States and many will be hoping there are lots more to come from Ejaria.
