The spirits are seemingly very high at Liverpool's Evian base on the banks of Geneva.

The Reds are slowly but surely gearing up for the last challenges the team will face before jumping straight back into the grind and the new Premier League season.

Their opener is at Anfield on August 9th when they will host Norwich in the first official match of the 2019/20 campaign.

But for now, all their attention is directed at working hard and getting fit. And judging by their latest social media activity, they seem to be having a lot of fun along the way.

Simon Mignolet posted a

From the looks of it, the goalkeepers remained at the camp, working hard while the rest of the team were resting.

So Mignolet was quick to take to Instagram to complain and gloat a bit.

But Milner was having none of it and he promptly reminded his teammate between the sticks that the roles were reversed earlier when Mignolet swapped running for kick ups.

Of course, this was all just some friendly banter and Mignolet acknowledged it as such.
