In our poll yesterday, we asked Liverpool fans whether they thought Adam Lallana should make the cut for the Reds' starting lineup this weekend.

The experienced midfielder has seen little playing time this season as he has battled with a hamstring injury, but could be granted an appearance in this weekend's game against Newcastle - with Emre Can one yellow card shy of being suspended for the Manchester United game in a week's time.

The 33-cap Englishman will be also keen to keep himself in Gareth Southgate's reckoning in the build-up to the World Cup this summer, so it isn't a surprise that 72% of Liverpool fans want him back in the picture according to our poll.

Where exactly he'll slot into the lineup remains to be seen, with James Milner and Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain performing very similar duties to Lallana and likely itching for a start this weekend as well. The 29-year-old, however, hasn't made a start in the Premier League since a 2-1 win over Burnley on New Year's Day.
