Mohamed Salah has been nothing short of relentless since arriving at Liverpool last summer, netting 36 times across all competitions and sitting atop the Premier League's scoring charts with a whopping 28 goals.

Which begs an incredibly interesting question; how can you stop the Egyptian international? Football FanCast tried to answer that earlier this week, outlining four potential solutions to the biggest problem currently facing Premier League defences.

And according to our poll, 37% of fans think the best way of stopping Salah is by playing a right-footed defender at left-back. That certainly worked for Jose Mourinho in the Northwest derby, when Ashley Young has a fantastic game against Liverpool's star signing.

The second-most popular suggestion was man marking. It's a ploy the Manchester United gaffer has attempted on Eden Hazard in the past with mixed results - and generally isn't as common a tactic as it once was.

But with Salah in such exceptional form, perhaps unorthodox strategies are needed to stop the Reds attacker.
