Liverpool have a couple of injury concerns before they play West Ham United on Monday evening.

Trent Alexander-Arnold and Joe Gomez, per Liverpool Echo, will miss the game, with James Milner or Jordan Henderson set to deputise at right-back.

On the chalkboard

Liverpool stuttered in midweek, drawing 1-1 with Leicester City, as they failed to take full advantage of title rivals Manchester City's 2-1 loss to Newcastle United.

However, it should matter little as they prepare to take on Manuel Pellegrini's Hammers, who appear completely bereft of any kind of confidence.

Liverpool have scored four goals in their last four games against the Irons, winning 4-0, 4-1, 4-1 and 4-0, per 11v11.

Such has been the Irons' recent profligacy in the Premier League - they lost 3-0 to Wolves last time out after a 2-0 reverse at the hands of AFC Bournemouth - that Jurgen Klopp's men need not worry about their defensive situation.

Indeed, it would be no surprise if this was another one-sided walkover.

How many can they score?

Despite the possibility of Marko Arnautovic featuring against Liverpool after a foot injury sustained against Wolves - reported by Football FanCast - there is little in West Ham's attack to worry the Reds' backline.

Per BBC, West Ham managed just four shots against Wolves, none of which troubled the goalkeeper.

The Reds, then, should simply make sure that Mohamed Salah, Roberto Firmino and Sadio Mane are deployed in attack together.

The rest should come relatively easily, whether Milner or Henderson are played out of position or not.
