Loads of Liverpool fans have been weighing in on the future of Adam Lallana, after it was revealed that he could be sold this summer.

According to The Mirror, Divock Origi is set to be handed a new deal while Lallana is likely to be see his time on Merseyside come to an end.

The Belgian was in a similar position to Lallana at the beginning of the season, well down the pecking order and struggling for match fitness.

While the young striker has blossomed into a crucial Champions League player though, Lallana has fallen further and further down the midfield ranks.

The 31 year-old started just five Premier League matches, and will be out of contract in the summer of 2020.

He has racked up 21 goals and 20 assists in 156 appearances for the club, so it is perhaps no surprise that he has often been criticised for a lack of end product.
