Liverpool fans have taken to Twitter to discuss the club’s plans for Harry Wilson, after reports emerged revealing that the Reds plan to loan the youngster out to a fellow Premier League team for the 2019/20 campaign.
Wilson has starred whilst out on loan with Derby this season, scoring 10 goals and recording two assists in 31 Championship appearances for Frank Lampard’s side – he has also become somewhat of a set-piece specialist, with his free-kick against Manchester United in the Carabao Cup perhaps the best of many.
Are the media letting Jurgen Klopp off lightly for his lack of silverware? The Pl>ymaker FC squad have their say in the video below…
The Wales international will be returning to Anfield in the summer, and whilst he is a very good player at just 22 years of age, his game still needs some work, especially with consistency – Wilson hasn’t been directly involved in a goal since the end of January.
Despite that, some Liverpool fans are still calling for him to be involved in the first-team next season, and are against loaning him out for a third consecutive campaign.
Let’s see what the evidently-split Reds fanbase are saying about the news on Twitter…
Exactly what should happen and the best thing to do his hope derby get promoted and they can keep him for another year

Well you know what he can actually score from outside of the box , take free kicks and shock horror can actually take a corner without hitting the first man like most of our corners seem to do ,he deserves a chance or what the hell’s the point of having an academy ?

Look at what age Lingard broke into the United side!? I think a premier league loan is a great idea, especially after excelling in the Championship! How much id like to see him in this LFC squad who is he replacing? What’s the point in keeping him for League and FA cup games?

This dude deserves a chance at first squad games, not certain if i would loan him out… wilson, big shaq, divock and rhian backing up the current front 3 seems more than adequate..

I would not be against learning him out to a club like Bournemouth or Crystal Palace maybe even Everton if it does well then yes keep him if he fails then selling
