Manchester City and Arsenal have been alerted over the possibility of Pep Guardiola making a switch to the Premier League after his Bayern Munich contract expires, the Express reports.
The former Barcelona manager only has one year left on his current deal with the German squad and is likely to refuse an extension.
He is also being tipped to take over the Qatar national team in 2022, leaving him without a possible destination between then and the summer of 2016.
Manuel Pellegrini’s contract is set to expire at the end of the 2015-2016 campaign, opening up to the chances that the City board may consider a change in management given the availability of the Spanish boss.
Arsene Wenger’s contract is also set to expire the following year, and the Express believe the French manager may decide to retire at the end of his deal.
With the current Bayern boss proving to be a huge success during his spell at Barcelona, a number of clubs will be after his services if he finally decides to take up a coaching role in the Premier League.
