The former Red Devils trainee has emerged as one of the stars of European football since leaving Old Trafford just over two years ago in search of regular action.
The 21-year-old struggled for game time under the reign of Sir Alex Ferguson, but has been a first-team star for the Old Lady, helping them to two Serie A titles.
And his performances in northern Italy have attracted United and Chelsea to him, with the pair believed to be paying close attention to his progress.
Although a player of such calibre is one that Juve want to keep hold of, Allegri has confessed that big money offers may be hard to turn down:
“To win games, you need to have strong players, otherwise there wouldn’t be players worth 100 million euros (£75 million) and others worth five” He is quoted by The Metro.
“Everything has a value in life, unfortunately, and the outstanding players are hard to replace, but things always move on in football.
“For now, let’s just enjoy having him.”
Allegri also said that Pogba will be one of the world’s best players in the near future:
“Of course, Pogba is only 21 and he’s got the quality to get even better,” The publication quote him again.
“He is destined to become the best player in the world.”
