Man United & Chelsea record breaking target ‘likely to move’

Manchester United and Chelsea target Paul Pogba may well leave Juventus before much longer, according to club hero Alessandro Del Piero.

The Premier League giants have been heavily linked with moves for the Frenchman of late, with the Old Lady having slapped a £75m price tag on him.

Pogba left United a little over two years ago in search of regular first-team action, and since his switch to Juve he has been an almost ever-present member of the first XI, winning two Serie A titles and earning a spot in Les Bleus’ senior squad along the way.

Even though Juve are one of football’s most conic clubs, Del Piero – who currently plays for Indian side Delhi Dynamos – believes that his old team could find it difficult to keep him long-term:

“Pogba is turning out to be a player who has a great future ahead of him.” He is quoted by the Daily Star.

“It is obvious that he will cost a lot and it is also normal that people want him at their clubs.

“The leaders know what to do, but in situations like this it is difficult for them to keep a player like him at the club.”

His comments echo those made by Pogba’s agent, Mino Raiola, recently regarding the midfielder’s future.
