Man United, Tottenham… FIVE of the best five-goal hauls

It’s 19 years to the day that Andy Cole became the first player in the Premier League to bag five goals in a single game.

His quintuple came in Manchester United‘s 9-0 thrashing of Ipswich Town at Old Trafford in 1995. The other four goals that day were scored by Roy Keane, Paul Ince and Mark Hughes, who bagged a brace.

So on the 19th anniversary of Cole’s record-breaking haul, here’s five other players who have managed five goals in a single game.
