Swansea City are interested in bringing former striker Wilfried Bony back to the club, according to the South Wales Evening Post.
The Ivorian forward left South Wales almost a year ago to join Manchester City in a mega money deal worth around £30m.
However, the presence of Sergio Aguero, widely considered one of the best players in the world, has seen playing time limited at the Etihad Stadium.
He recently vented his frustration at the lack of opportunities, sparking interest from the Swans, who brought him to England in the first place.
The 27-year old enjoyed a hugely successful season and a half at the Liberty Stadium, notching 25 goals in 54 league games, following his £12m move from Dutch side Vitesse.
While a deal may be expensive to pull off, the Swans are thought to be owed a large chunk of the transfer fee still, which they could write off in return for his services.
