The agent of Manchester City star Edin Dzeko has admitted his client will consider leaving the club if he receives an offer from a top European side, according to talkSPORT.
The 28-year-old has been given a very limited role this season, playing behind Sergio Aguero, and looks to have fallen further down the pecking order after the arrival of Wilfried Bony last month.
Dzeko has only made six Premier League starts this season, appearing another seven times from the bench as a late substitute.
The striker’s plea for regular first team football has alerted a number of sides in the past, but his agent, Irfan Radzipagic, has revealed he is waiting for the right offer.
He said: “Last year Roberto Mancini’s Galatasaray asked for him [Dzeko] on loan, but nothing came of it.
“Dzeko is 28-years-old and wants to play for the most prestigious teams in Europe. If he were to leave Manchester City he’d prefer a big club like Juventus or Atletico Madrid.”
The Bosnian striker enjoyed an extended stay in City’s starting XI last season, making 23 starts, due to the extended absence of Aguero, who suffered an injury for a part of the campaign.
He netted 16 league goals during that period but, with a very limited role this time around, he has only managed to find the net on two occasions so far this term.
