Manchester City fans are once again expressing their love for Pep Guardiola after the Spaniard delivered a heartfelt gesture to the fans. The City boss sent a letter to the 114 individuals who travelled to Ukraine for the club’s opening Champions League game against Shakhtar Donetsk.
In the letter, the club have offered an invite to the City Hospitality experience for the return fixture between the two on November 26th.
There was a very small group of fans who had made the long trip across Europe, with City winning the game in convincing fashion as they beat the Ukrainian giants 3-0.
It is a lovely touch from Guardiola to acknowledge the fans who made such a long journey to a foreign country during the week.
There are not many supporters who will be as dedicated as this, and a lot of the City faithful have praised their manager for this kind gesture.
