Arsenal’s Hector Bellerin is tempted by a potential move to Manchester City, who are one of an elite band of teams to have ‘knocked on the door’ regarding a swoop for the right-back, according to reports from Mundo Deportivo.
The Spaniard has been a massive hit since breaking into the Gunners’ first XI during the 2014/15 campaign, with his searing pace having made him one of Arsene Wenger’s key players.
Naturally, his performances have alerted a host of big name clubs, and reports claim that Man City, as well as Manchester United, Paris Saint-Germain, Atletico Madrid and Barcelona, have made their interest known in the player.
It’s understood that, although he’s happy in north London, Bellerin is attracted to the Citizens above all other suitors as he’d have the chance to work with Pep Guardiola.
Although he never played under the now Man City boss while a Barca youngster, the 21-year-old is well-versed in the Catalan club’s ethos when it comes to football, which is something the tactician himself is synonymous with.
Reports claim that Bellerin’s agents are assessing offers, however, it’s highly unlikely that Arsenal will consider sanctioning a deal.
