Yesterday, Sky Sports revealed that the Citizens are ready to ‘listen to offers‘ of around £17million for attacking midfielder Samir Nasri, who managed just four Premier League starts last season.
Likewise, striker Wilfried Bony has been put up for sale, with City reportedly slashing their asking price on the Ivory Coast international to just £13million.
The Daily Mail document the Citizens’ plans to offload the attacking duo once again, but further claim that Guardiola is ‘desperate’ to get rid of Jesus Navas and Eliaquim Mangala as well.
Mangala simply hasn’t lived up to his billing since arriving from FC Porto at a cost of £32million in summer 2014 and the Etihad outfit are now working on a deal for Everton’s John Stones.
Navas, meanwhile, has struggled to deliver the output expected of a Champions League winger and is now rivalled for a starting berth by the likes of Kevin De Bruyne, Leroy Sane and Raheem Sterling.
