Manchester City may have claimed all three points at Old Trafford this afternoon but one of their stars certainly lost something against Manchester United.
Indeed, left-back Aleksandar Kolarov, who played the full ninety minutes, came away from the 2-1 win with one tooth less than he started it with.
Team-mate Willy Caballero, who unlike the Serbian international was benched for the United clash, sent out the below photo of a gap-toothed Kolarov on his Instagram account after the final whistle:
Look’s painful, but Kolarov doesn’t seem to mind too much.
And why should he? Three points from the Manchester Derby could be massive come the end of the season and the defender produced a solid display this afternoon, recording three interceptions, seven clearances and one successful dribble.
In a hugely entertaining Manchester Derby, City took the lead with early goals from Kevin De Bruyne and Kelechi Iheanacho.
United hit back just after half-time through Zlatan Ibrahimovic, but couldn’t find that all-important equaliser.
