Joe Hart has been part of some great moments in Manchester City’s history, but it seems that his time at the club could be coming to an end.

The North-West outfit recruited the England goalkeeper in 2006 and he later became the club’s number one.

When Pep Guardiola arrived as manager in 2016, it was clear that Hart did not fit the Spaniard’s preferred goalkeeping style.

The 31-year-old was sent on loan to Serie A side Torino and then joined West Ham United on another temporary spell.

Initially, Hart was welcomed by the East London outfit’s fanbase, but after a difficult stint, the supporters turned against the experienced stopper.

The former Shrewsbury Town player has since been given more minutes on the field after , but there is uncertainty over his long-term future.

According to The Mirror, West Ham are keen to keep Hart beyond this season, and from City's point of view, it would make sense to sell given that he is unlikely to feature under Guardiola.

The goalkeeper, who has won five trophies including two Premier League titles at the North-West outfit, has started 22 games in all competitions this season.

City fans have been tweeting their reactions to the transfer update.
