Most players associated with Manchester City would probably not dream of leaving the club, particularly at this time.

Pep Guardiola recently guided the team to the Premier League title after dominating the season from start to finish.

It seems, though, that outcast Jason Denayer is not interested in being part of Guardiola's revolution.

In fact, the 22-year-old has expressed a desire to stay at Galatasaray, where he spent last season on loan.

The Belgium international, who has been capped eight times for his country, has been on City's books since 2013 when he joined their academy.

Since graduating from the youth ranks, the defender, who can also play as a deep-lying midfielder, has struggled to find a way through to the first team.

In the last four seasons, Denayer has been sent out on loan to Celtic, Sunderland and Galatasaray twice.

With Guardiola likely to bring in new recruits this summer, the task will be made even tougher for Denayer, and it appears that he has given up on City.

Judging by the response of the supporters, they do not seem to mind.
