The Citizens signed the France international from Arsenal in summer 2011 at a cost of £25million following three campaigns at the Emirates.
The attacking midfielder has gone on to lift two Premier League titles and a League Cup with the Etihad outfit, making 170 appearances across all competitions.
But due to a host of injury problems, Nasri has managed just 31 Premier League appearances since summer 2014 – including just seven during the 2015/16 campaign.
According to Sky sources, the 29-year-old isn’t a part of Pep Guardiola’s first-team plans and City are resultantly ready to consider transfer bids around the £17million mark.
According to Italian publication Gazzetta World, three Serie A clubs are currently targeting the former Marseille man – AC Milan, Inter Milan and Roma.
Nasri, who can operate as a winger or a No.10, has three years remaining on his City contract.
